I swear I know how to spool film

…but this time I just couldn’t make it work. When you develop Film it needs to be put in a plastic spool so there’s space between the layers of film and every piece of film gets in contact with the developer. I spent 45 minutes trying to spool some 120 film and then gave up – it just wasn’t working and the images weren’t important enough, so I thought I’d just toss the film into the development tank and see what happens.

Surprisingly, the results are still pretty good!

These photos are unedited safe for some adjustments during the negative to positive conversion.

I expected more damage, similar to what I saw with my first time developing in Caffenol, but surprisingly only two images were completely damaged.
